Aim for the Stars is a self evaluation framework that is part of the registration process on Findability.

It offers a quick way of finding out:

  • How physically accessible the building is (Accessible Places)
  • How the setting makes sure children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities are included (Inclusive Practice)
  • How children, young people and parent carers help to make decisions about the way the setting develops (Meaningful Participation)

When you search for an organisation or service on Findability you will find on their profiles their AIM for the Stars rating.  You can find out more about what each star means by looking at the bottom of the profile or by using our print out guides below.
