About the Organisation

Founded in 1877, close to Clifton Suspension Bridge, housed in three large, listed buildings, surrounded by grass, gardens, and tennis courts. Extensive facilities, separate play/activity areas for different age ranges, outstanding ICT provision, class computers and ICT suites. Swimming pool, gymnasium. Links to university give pupils opportunity to use sports complex on a weekly basis; indoor tennis courts, grassed and all-weather pitches. Wide range of extra curricular activities; full range of sports, creative arts activities. Small classes - average 15 per class. Ages 3-4 teacher-pupil ratio 1:8. Strong community links; puplis take part in half-termly fund-raising activiites. Excellent academic standards. A calm, purposeful, happy atmosphere.
