About the Organisation

Elays4You is dedicated to enabling children and young people achieve full personal potential through educational and cultural support services. Equally we provide consultancy and bespoke training services to enable our clients/service users remove the cultural barrier to business success.

We provide opportunities for people to develop cultural/intercultural competency, but we also aim to improve the quality of life of the Somali community through capacity building (empowerment) for groups/organisations and community members, training and life-long learning opportunities, and partnership working.

In addition, we also carry out development work including work which provides educational support services to schools and the community, addresses social and economic exclusions, promotes anti-poverty initiatives and integration and social cohesion.

Current projects/programmes include: Cultural development Programme; Somali family learning programme, supplementary school for Somali pupils and sport activities for young people.
