Bristol Lifestyles & Work Employment Service supports disabled people, mainly those with learning difficulties, to find paid work. They offer vocational counselling, help with job seeking, application forms, support at interviews and on the job training when a person starts work. The service is currently available in the following areas in the south west: South Gloucestershire, North Somerset, Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, and Hereford, Worcestershire and Staffordshire

The companies we have worked with realise this and are also beginning to realise that offering work placements to people with a learning disability does not only help the individual, but can be profitable for their business as well
