An update on Bristol Autism Project for members

The council runs a valued service for children with autism and their families that organises events during school holidays for these children to enjoy. Unfortunately our provider who has helped to run these events for several years has recently withdrawn from the project.  As a result our teams are working hard to try and find a way to staff these events so they can continue and hope to be able to deliver a great summer of events later this year.  In the interim we are making arrangements to try and make sure events can still take place later this month but this will depend on finding staff to ensure they can be held safely.
